While we need to have a hierarchy for performance discussions and such the real amazing thing about Calix is that it really is a flat organization where everyone contributes. This drives employee engagement and productivity and makes me proud to work at Calix.

The Finance team has each other's backs. People consistently step up to get things done and drive automation. The team works well together and has not just kept the ship afloat during our rapid growth, but made things better though automation and hiring great people.
