What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the fact that they encourage us to take time off is great. It’s really necessary for my mental health and it’s also nice
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that my team members usually have a very positive attitude and that overall they care more about how the team preforms than individual praise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that if we had a bigger team and I was doing less work that my pay might be fair. I was initially just excited to be offered the position but as time has gone on I feel that I deserve to be paid more for the amount of work I do.
