the people I work with are the most positive aspect of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 60+ hours a week easily. Raises have been pretty sad so far. Our team has the lowest compensation in company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they will hop in for any and all issues no matter the time of day. Everyone wants to participate in every activity possible. Everyone is eager to learn and make themselves more valuable to the team
