The company offers everything I need for Career Advancement. However it's been somewhat difficult to align my personal interest and skills, to open opportunities, meaning I haven't been able to show my full potential. That's on me though, I'm sure I'll find the best way to prove myself soon.

Their disposition to collaborate. They will come back with answer, follow up on items and always participate when required.

They will never dismiss any suggestion until it's analyzed thoroughly. The encourage open communication with all the executives and every team member.

The opportunity to collaborate. When we as a team, or I individually were able to solve a customer's problem and we receive any positive feedback from them.

They have a comprehensive vision of our business, not only technology and profits, but I have never seen a company with such a great insight in their customers' business too. They not only want our company be successful, but our customers too.

The benefits are solid, and they are expanded to provide a healthy environment. The benefits for remote workers are excellent. Calix is a company that was prepared to Work From Anywhere, way before the conditions forced many people to work from home.
