Good people and decent technology. I feel that the company has moved from being a technology company, and valuing the contribution of the technology side of the company to being a sales focused company. Many decisions are made without an understanding of the complexity of the ask

The teamwork and cooperation between team members. At the lower levels, all oars pull together

They now tend to stay out of areas where they have no expertise. This was not always the case

My small/local team is dedicated and close to each other; in a macro sense, I don't feel as connected

Getting something accomplished. There are a hundred actions required each day, and some days it is hard to see much progress
