This is a great company, with great people, who are great at what they do, all moving in the same direction towards a common goal. When you get to do what you love and work in an environment like this, it's hard to ask for much more.

Overall, this has been an absolutely fantastic place to work and I am constantly recruiting others who I feel will also contribute to the success of the company and the culture!

After several years, my excitement about the future of the company is higher now than after I first started.

It's been interesting to see the strength of the culture here when close to 100% of our team is virtual! Despite being virtual, there is genuine caring for other members of the team and many ways to keep in touch.

I say it often, but we all work with other humble rockstars! There are so many people in this company that go above and beyond in their roles and are willing to help others with the singular focus of helping our customers succeed.

I honestly work with a bunch of rockstars, albeit humble rockstars! In many ways, it's humbling to be hired into this group, but it's also refreshing to see so many different people so good at their specific roles, and always willing to help their teammates out whenever possible to achieve our goals

Leaders at Calix do what they say they are going to do & they hold themselves accountable. They genuinely care about the success of the people in this company and have everyone aligned with company goals. I've never seen this behavior with so many leaders at this level at any time in my career.
