Overall very rewarding. Lots to learn, lots of challenges which keeps it exciting. Crazy at times, but with my amazing co-workers, it makes it all ok.

The fact that everyone has a positive outlook about the future of our organization and excited to be a part of it.

That everyone generally has a very positive outlook about work and life and everyone wants to help when then can. It's more like a family.

We are very collaborative. Everyone is willing to help each other. I am amazed at the level of intelligence and experience I get to work with and learn from everyday.

We see each other not just as a team, but really as a family - all with the same end goal in mind - the success of Calix. I am reminded everyday as I interact with my co-workers that I am very lucky to work at Calix where people count.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Increased transparency and communication has been good at the exec levels. We need to have more at the lower mgmt levels as well - more team meetings. Many employees seem to be working in silos and only interacting when there is a topic to discuss - not to just touch bases as a group.
