I have not seen such a transparent exec team in my career. They are honest and care for employees. But at the same time driving very aggressively to achieve the business objectives.

Company has a very healthy work-life balance. Successes are celebrated and people's contributions are recognized. In fact, R&D teams have quarterly contest to nominate their peers to win awards in various categories, a nice way to have everyone participate.

Team members collaborate well, even though the teams are spread out geographically and in different time zones. Most of the teams are working towards a common goal of succeeding. It is always a fun and challenge to work in a high growth business.
