I enjoy the range of activities that I'm generally involved in day to day
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm in Sales so a fairly large part of my remuneration is commission. Again, having been in prior companies, Calix provides a very fair commission element
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is highly qualified and experienced in the particular market that we're covering. They're also good people who give of their time to help others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having worked in large and small companies in the past, I've seen many Exec teams. The Calix team takes its lead from Carl which is why it's so open, inclusive and thoughtful

The ELT is obviously very experienced and cares about both the company as a whole and the individuals that make up the company. They engage with all of us on a regular basis
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Calix culture has grown more positive in the past 3 years, mainly because of the environment created by our leadership. Titles are not important when topics are discussed - the janitor has as much say as the CEO which is how it should be!
