The company's overall approach towards the well-being of the employees, encouraging them to learn, and clear messaging from the leadership. It is like everyone is in sync with the company's goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary average is lower than the average reported on Glassdoor for my title. I think I should get paid at least 10% more than what I am getting paid to at least get match on average salary paid by the company for the same title.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The yearly salary raises never compensated for the years we had no raise. It also seems that we pay better if we hire someone new now or if we are at negotiating table when receiving offers from another company or if we leave Calix and come back. THE PEOPLE LOYAL TO CALIX REMAIN UNDERPAID.
