Everyone is aligned around achieving growth and the ultimate customer experience; working remotely is effective and a nice environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
more training for leaders about leadership or training for development. more resources so we can have job rotations and backups so we can have more secure processes.
What makes you most happy at work?
In addition to working together with nice people for a common goal, company now investing in growing in sales and in adding value in process improvement, which will enable us to reduce some of the pain of how lean we've been. These little efficiency wins make me happy.
