They are always willing to help new people and very friendly.

I am so new, and this is a "drinking from the firehose" time, but I really enjoy figuring things out and sitting on calls with my peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be approachable. They are not afraid of feedback and are actually receptive to it. They seem to have a very clear vision of Calix's future and how this company can thrive for years to come.
