I have grown significantly over my 4 years at Calix. I have worked at Several Fortune 500 companies and consulted for many that are big and smaller. I have been exposed to so many facets of the business that I am constantly challenged and growing.

Calix and our transformation have been a complete immersion for me and i have enjoyed the team, the experience and most of all our customers very much.

I learn new things constantly and we are constantly tackling new challenges.

The team represents a very diverse criss section of experience and ideas. This adds greatly to tesm resilience.

I enjoyed meeting a very diverse slate of interviewers. It was composed of members of multiple teams and functions.

The executive team works very hard to dhare tge company vision and strategy to help keep tge team algned and engaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is very collaborative and very cross functional. Most tech companies exhibit a much more internally competitive culture.

The level of collaboration across functions and level of the company. Senior leaders interact with all levels of the company and the borders between teams are very porous.

I really enjoy working with my peers and team members. The team has a real "can do" attitude and lots of creativity. I am challenged and learning all the time - which keeps me engaged,

We have a leadership team with Diverse experience and deep backgrounds with great companies. This experience has helped Calix chart its path through a significant transformation. Our company strategy is clear and the leadership team has communicated it clearly to the entire team.

The team has a very outcome oriented but collaborative culture. I have worked at several Fortune 500 companies and consulted for many more. I find the level of collaboration across functions to be deeper and more genuine than any company culture that I have experienced.
