There's genuine and mature leadership here, not vacuous grandstanding. Our leaders are incredibly smart, and even as important, they all get along.

They are all classy, they produce high quality work and are incredibly smart. They make me want to be a better team member and employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is real. There's a lot of companies that boast about being the best place to work and having a great team but this company just does. I know for me, I feel surrounded by high caliber people that keep me operating at my highest level.
