What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hierarchy is traditional but it feels flat. I have no hesitation or caution when speaking with anyone in the leadership team or across organizational structures. Everyone feels within reach.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is solid and always looking to enable you with the tools you need to succeed. "What can we do to get out of your way" was a comment that was made to me in the first week of employment and it's been repeated often over the years.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the 2nd round I had the privilege of having one on one time with ten members of the leadership team and influential co-workers throughout the day. They got to hear my strengths and weaknesses and I had the opportunity to clarify their expectations and connect with each of them.
