The team I work with is very collaborative and supportive. Everyone is willing to help other people on the team even when it doesn't benefit them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Calix pays well and offers and awesome Employee Stock Purchase Plan. They are very generous and do a lot of things to make sure we're taken care of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they prioritize taking care of their employees. It's got the feeling of being a privately owned company while still being publicly traded. They also prioritize hiring people that are a good culture fit and because of that there are some great people that work at Calix.
