Our team is very honest with each other and most of us have a strong work ethic, high standards and will roll up our sleeves to handle any issue
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is bullying and corrupt behavior at the leadership level that needs to be addressed - but unfortunately favoritism and a blind eye to bad behavior always gets in the way
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is extremely slow at recognizing poor behavior and rectifying it. People are also afraid to speak out for fear of retaliation by a certain high level executive who bullies his way around.
