Improve their leadership skills, view the team as a team and not a vehicle for individual accolades, learn their products and services, and improve professional courtesy.

Co-workers often are invested in looking good to upper management instead of focusing on getting the work done. In a perfect world, they could focus on both.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do salary surveys of similar roles in the industry and based on performance and the job role there is about a 30% delta when comparing OTE. The delta widens considerably when shipping delays are considered.
