Culture is very open, everyone is approachable including VPs and information is shared openly and transparently.

ability to work remotely yet having office where I can do if I wish to. ability to move around projects as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working at the director level but not paid equivalently. Need promotion and salary hike to match what I am doing and to industry standard.
