Every day is different! Some days I work at home, some days I work off site. But every day I'm able to make a difference in my customer's life!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told the pay range when I applied. When I received my job offer, it was based on how much I was making at my previous job. Subsequently, I believe I'm not paid as well as others on my team, who are doing the same job.
