I have been with Calix for 13 years! The tenure makes the statement! I am appreciated, challenged and supported in my growth. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else and will give 1000% because the same as I contribute, Calix gives back in showing the care they have for their employees as well.

Everyone works equally as hard toward team/company objectives. They are also friendly, team oriented and a joy to work with.

The non-qualified ESPP program we are offered where Calix matches contributions in addition to the qualified program which is based on a discount percentage.

The comradery to make things better nd scalable as we continue to grow. Weather it be process or system enhancements, the cross-functional support is depictive of the journey we are all on together.
