Overall the company is good and I am very happy. I would love to see the company review compensation for current employees, but even with that, the pay is good, but maybe not up to industry standards.

They seem to be transparent and honest about the future of the company.

work from anywhere, recharge days, and the fact that they encourage you to take vacations.

Everyone is very open to helping across departments. The team members are very quick to jump on a Zoom call and walk you through any questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do and it continues to evolve so I get to touch new things on a regular basis, keeping my job very interesting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With all of the growth and the adding of new employees, many of the current employees haven't seen increases in a number of years. This makes looking at outside opportunities more attractive if this doesn't change.
