Working out new ideas and problem solving. I also like it when others engage with the workflows and tools we administer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the past year (for obvious reasons) they have turned a huge corner with work from anywhere in an effective way. That was a huge task but management has been very supportive of these cultural shifts.
