I appreciate the work that they do to establish our top 10 company strategic priorities and ensure there is accountability and frequent updates. Making the investment to bring our leaders together quarterly (with 1/2 of them being in person) is a value add.

The team is collaborative and invested in each others' success. Team members champion my ideas whole heartedly as if they were their own and are committed to helping each other and seeing things through. The team always goes above and beyond and never does 'just enough to get by'
