What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to the standard healthcare benefits there is a monthly wellness stipend removed from any FSA / legality requirements that allows us to focus on our complete health as we see it, not as is legislated or arbitrarily defined by a healthcare provider.

Transparency from the top down. Execution is predicated on alignment, and the team goes out of their way to create that across all levels of the company. Working to our purpose is easier when we can see the direct impact we have on it day to day.
