What makes you most happy at work?
My willingness to provide excellent customer service. I find joy in turning a bad call into a good call. I enjoy when the customer praise me for my service. It means a lot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are excellent. I use my Health card for my co-pays. I love how I was given the opportunity to buy more hours for my PTO, I am a family person and I feel that capital one gets it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always reach out to one another about new things that we were unaware of...there is always something new to learn at capital one and its good to have a team that helps keep you on board and vice versa.
