It was great for the first 2 years , then they cleaned house and replaced our manager with a unqualified person that is a relative of someone. This person is terrible unless you are willing to bow down to them.

Not show favoritism to those that are their friends. Recognize those that actually do their job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The upbeat interviewer made it exciting , unfortunately didn't tell me the whole truth about the company.
