Questions asked were reasonable and fair. Some companies set you up to fail during an interview
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since they closed our branch and merged us with another one, moral has really gone down. When you've been doing something the same way for 4 years and never got it wrong, then to have someone literally pick apart everything you do is really discouraging. All of the sudden I'm doing everything wrong.
