It is a very laid back, but conservative culture. Relatively safe and great work life balance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Allow Employees to make decisions to move faster vs competition. Need to create strong RACI models instead of slow group think.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Higher responsibility and decisions regarding various workstreams need to be owned by functional expertise. A better cross functional approval process for projects can be better as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Very approachable and generally nice interviewing process. They took there time and very ambiguous about roles. They higher good people instead of skills specific to s role.
