My store manager has done and said things that are unjust and unethical in order to get some employees to do what he wants. I feel unsafe going to work. After merely 1 month, I am already searching for other gainful employment opportunities.

They need to show up to their assigned shifts and perform the tasks given to them
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Having a designated Hiring Manager, rather than whatever manager happens to be in duty that day
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Overall Management and teamwork. Employees that make work generally more difficult, I've observed, have been given significant slack. Meanwhile hard workers are driven harder.
