The co-workers were a positive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything, no one works together, we would have 1 person getting their butt handed to them in the kitchen whike there woukd be three people on register talking to eachother with the manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt that no oned cared, no matter how much work you put in you were never appreciated, all the new hires got to do what they want and basically the oldest members were walked on
