My team members are almost always positive and understand things are changing everyday! They adjust well to change and help me when wver possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As managers we work lots of hours and are on call 24/7. Using our personal cell phone to communicate and salary vs workload are not equal.. there are alot of expectations and not everything is black and white. Our training through absorbs sometimes isnt the most clearest so alot of questions arise..
