Expected to do the work load of 5 people with 2 days off a month if i am lucky. The ceo is clueless as how to run a company and take care of his employees that make this company what it is.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Understand youre killong the employees you do have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and recognition. Feeling appreciated instead of i know you work 130 hours a oay period but you need to do more
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure the stor manager isnt the problem. Gove credit where its due and stop complaining about your employees who are over worked and underpaid
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Currently there are none sonce we are so short staffed. Not accepting felons should be illegal sonce thats what we have applyong and we need help
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has lost pur best employees people who have been there 10+ years but the 2 that are left are hardworkers and while we work we have fun
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When customers see that we are working ourselves silly and offer you positions at their compnay as soon as you complete 6 months pf training it should say something
