I am a store manager in central Illinois. The absolute worst company i have been employeed by in my 40+ years. Higher up management doesn't care, the CEO and corporate doesn't care. As long as they're making a profit who cares that all our employees are bery overworked and underpaid.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our Higher ups dont care

What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are the best, wouldnt be there without them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Support their employees, better training then the absorb classes that they assume are helping. Training is an absolute joke.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company needs to show they care, prove they care. Show up when stores need help, not let us figure it out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The higher ups need to show they care about their employees, without us, they wouldn't be making billions. Work a day or week in our store. If any critism, constuctive critism would go along way.
