I do more than most employees I'm always on time if not early. There are several employees that are always late and never do the work. So what am I supposed to do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Treat every employee the same. There are other people who can do a better job at making pizza than me but he won't put them on that shift. I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do.
