I have no problem working at Caseys I've been doing customer service in restaurants in convenience stores for four years this is the first time that we have to dump our soda out before we leave just to let you know fountain soda is 100% profit free sodas for a year employees is not asking that much

They need to roll the sleeves up and help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to look and see what other places are paying and I think that we should at least be making $13-$16 an hour depending on your job I work in the kitchen I work hard I deserve more than $12 an hour
