my store's management just all walked out, so... everything.
communication. anything that goes wrong in the store is soon the subject of a bunch of finger pointing and drama. emergencies are divisive rather than bringing us together to work through it.
people who work hard and do their job are not rewarded while the people who complain loudly are. the people who work hard are manipulated and taken advantage of until they are burned out instead of replacing or reprimanding the slackers.
