Ive been verbally abused and harrased by upper management as well as another team employee. Its been one of the worst experiences of my working career. I can not seem to leave work behind me when i go home, the stress follows.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling and understanding when the store is busy and being staffed properly. Not swearing and calling others profanities when it gets busy and stressful. A little bit of empathy can go a long way too.
