Customers. Management are very unfriendly

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Less cladses online and more one on one training

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening, holding people accountable. Just because someone works hard dont mean that they are not toxic to their employees

What are some of the best things about your team?

Only the night shift at my store. When management is not there, we are happy not getting the third degree about things not getting done when the store is open all day itcould be done on different shifts
