I am a manager and I truly like my job, but I am fast becoming disillusioned by the constant equipment faults. (Warmer, fountain machine, oven...etc.) and the long waits for repairs or repairing the same equipment multiple times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very nice people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate needs to get ALL information from the stores! The good and the not so good. Have an "Undercover Boss" type experience. There is more wrong than right in several, if not all, stores.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid less than $50K per year for 90 hrs. per pay period but due to personal issues, corporate expectations and broken equipment...I currently work between 110 - 130 Hrs. per pay period. Better benefits, a pay increase and time off would be great (I've had 3 days off in the last month).
