I didn't really have one.

We're in a small town and the guests, for the most part, are friendly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Workload vs pay are unequal. More staffing on the clock. Management tolerating employees who only show up and do nothing more. The benefits package was too expensive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Scheduling more people to work as the workload is too much for one person who does complete their tasks; not being passive-aggressive with notes and to-do lists that those who already do their job end up doing anyway. Actually checking cameras for employee theft and who is doing their jobs or not
