The interaction with others of many different walks of lives. Helping someone out to the best of our ability because our customers are our number one priority
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we all communicate with one another either through notes or messages with each other. EACH TEAM I WORK WITH HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RULE SET THEY GO BY.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Willingness to listen to their employees when they are needing help. Communication throughout the whole store between every employee and reaching out to others of situations that will effect that work day
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When communication is a number one priority, which goes both ways the environment is a very positive and full of life. Mostly since it comes down to the customer always comes first, even if I have to repeat myself ALOT!
