What did you like most about the interview process?

It was quick and easy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I'm asked to do the work of three people with the pay of one. Frankly, I'd be okay with it if they weren't so strict about the hours.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Perhaps it's just my coworkers, but they view mistakes by rookies as learning opportunities. I've never been yelled at for doing something wrong, just informed of my mistake and taught how to do it correctly.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager is dealt a terrible hand and somehow manages to keep the store afloat. My store would be a derelict without her. Anybody above her? Only had negative experiences, and I've never heard anything positive about them.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is absolutely lovely. My coworkers at the store are all amazing workers and give me at least a little motivation to keep going. I'm going to feel bad for leaving them when I quit. They deserve so much better than our Casey's.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Corporate needs to be more lenient. We are chronically understaffed, but no amount of hiring will fix it as we must stay under 500 hours a week. There are also major logistical issues with delivery, as we never receive everything we order and always receive things we didn't order.
