Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What makes me feel undervalued is the fact that there's absolutely no respect to work life ratio you're expected to come in to work. Make your life about work and that's it. I'm in the road you better pray to God that somebody's gonna be able to cover.
