It was a great place to work until you guys changed it from general store to a kwik star wanna be. Everything that is being implemented to supposedly make stores simplified is only making 10 more steps that it was before or needs to be.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following the same set of rules and standards as the employees are supposed to follow and get punished for otherwise. The have no accountability at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most days my team was like a family. The store manager is the problem she won't let anyone thrive at their job nor will she teach them because that threatens her job in her mind so we have no room to grow. Sabotage at its finest.
