This company gives bonus' to managers to short staff their stores. They base hours and staffing on anound of food sold from warmers but wont give hours to have enough people for civerage. Also $13/hr? Really? When the CEO makes over 400x what i do. Better hope 2k stores dont decide to strike.

Most of us know each other, so we get along pretty well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our secind assistant puts in the actual work as does the first assistant. Management does their job but there is an imbalance
