I have a decent pay rate but its not consisent between all employees based on work experience. The corporate chain doesnt really know daily store operations and that makes it difficult for management.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy when my customers have a good experience at my store
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its very laid back, all they want you to be is upfront and honest about yourself, rather than trying to impress them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is always on call, so if theres any problems hes always there to help no matter the time. Theyre forgiving on mistakes and use them as a learning expeirence, which i respect.
