The manager there is not a good one she cuts peoples day when they put 2 weeks in and gets an attitude when you try to call in being sick or your face is swollen from a tooth ache you cant get a day to go to the dentist to fix it cause your always having to work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to understand the manager isnt doing the right things people should get days off to be sick and when they out a 2 week notcie they shiuld be able to work not get no days on schedule to work cause she put it that way
