Toxic. Management will act like they care and want to solve issues but they don't. The issues continue to build. Then after you keep trying to work with them and hope things get better They tell you, anyone that has an issue is replaceable. That came out of the district managers mouth
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing real solutions. Stop playing games and with people's lives. Treat people with respect. It got so bad that all the employees were wanting to walk out.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop telling me to resubmit my application because you guys can't find it. I got an email stating call the store to set up interview and they couldn't find my application. This went on for 3 weeks and I should have took it as a sign.
