My "new" manager is absolutely clueless. I've never not showed up to work. I've never called in. I'm always there. So where is my money

Most of the employees especially the cashiers seem like they hate their lives they are not friendly they are extremely rude to customers and I have heard numerous complaints yet nothing has been done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I work overnights and I'm not stuck working days with all the teenagers who are ignorant and lazy and they just like to talk back to people instead of just doing their job
